Free apophysis 3d hack scripts s

Just turned into a vampire from Harkon and proceeded to the moth priest quest. Noticed that I don't have access to vampires seduction. I have waited and slept multiple in game days. Thirst doesn't seem to be progressing at all.
Another problem is sunlight also only affects me when in VL form. Lastly, the only vampire related powers I have are Transform and Vampire Sight and the only effects under active effects pertaining to vampire is resist poison and resist disease. Everything else seems to be working. I can feed, drain, and level up vampire lord perks. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a pretty specific problem, my game keeps crashing as in strait to desktop in the quest unbound. This specifically happens entering the keep, I've been going with Hadvar, it sometimes happens in combat, just walking, or in the items, magic, ect menu and I think it might be happening at a set time after entering the keep or starting the game.

I've attempted to play the game with no mods installed and the game still crashed after entering Helgen keep.
